Telepathy? So I’m currently illustrating our ebook: this is one I did the other day. Below is a link in an email that Jon Morrow of Copyblogger just sent me. It made me laugh anyway! http://boostblogtraffic.com/seo-mistakes/
When you’re busy on a project there just aren’t enough hours in the day to keep up with everything… but I’m having fun illustrating our new internet marketing ebook. Doing this project has reminded me that creativity is something you have to practice or you get rusty. For far too long I was constrained by a dusty old set of corporate identity guidelines; as the main CID policeman I certainly couldn’t flout the rules myself. It’s so nice to be set free again!
Our client, Diamond Fire Safety gave us some self-recorded footage to put together this rather alarming information video. But then you often need to see something before you know what you don’t want! The second attempt is much better and now I’m left with two versions… with photograph or without. The brief says with, but without was done on the way to completion and I think I like the simplicity… but then I also like… read more →
Google+ Page cover photo dimensions change again! – While setting up our new Google+ Page for Marketing Coop, we were surprised to find that the dimensions for the Google+ Page cover photos and Google+ profile photos have changed once again. We worked on a page for a client only a couple of weeks ago and the dimensions then were 940 x 180 pixels for the cover and 250 x 250 pixels for the profile. Without looking, I dutifully prepared artwork at those sizes, only to have them rejected as “too… read more →
